## What This Doesn't Change

It is worth being direct about the limits, because "AI-powered" gets used loosely enough that it is reasonable to be sceptical.

**This is an interface layer, not a decision-maker.** An order placed through chat goes through the same confirmation as one placed in the portal. The assistant is not authorised to commit spend or reassign fleet ownership on its own initiative, and a vague request gets a request for clarification, the same as it would from a human on the other end of a support ticket. The portal still exists for anyone who prefers a visual view of full order history or bulk operations.
