Connect it to any MCP-compatible assistant and place orders, track shipments, and query the asset register from chat. Can you set up the laptop before it arrives? Yes. Apple devices are assigned to your organization in Apple Business Manager and enrolled in your MDM before shipping. The employee connects to Wi-Fi and the device sets itself up. Do you track our devices after delivery? Yes. Every device stays in the asset register after delivery, with holder, condition, and history, updated automatically with every later move. What if the employee is unresponsive or uncooperative? This is one of our most common scenarios. We act as a neutral third party and coordinate directly with the employee (or their local contact) using a professional, non-confrontational approach. The company never has to chase the employee themselves. Is my device insured during transit? Yes. Every device is insured at its full replacement value. Insurance is included in the shipment price. If anything happens during transit, we handle the claim. How long does a typical shipment take? You choose the speed for every order. Express delivers in 1-4 workdays when the box and device are ready to ship. Economy takes 5-10 days depending on the route. Both are tracked door to door, and you see the delivery estimate before you confirm the order. Do we need a subscription? Not for shipping. Pay as you go has no monthly fee: you pay per shipment, with no minimums and no commitment. It covers the transport module only, ordering, shipping, and retrieving devices.
