We handle customs clearance in every one of them. Full coverage across the EU, UK, US, and most countries globally. What if the employee is unresponsive or uncooperative? This is one of our most common scenarios. We act as a neutral third party and coordinate directly with the employee (or their local contact) using a professional, non-confrontational approach. The company never has to chase the employee themselves. Is my device insured during transit? Yes. Every device is insured at its full replacement value. Insurance is included in the shipment price. If anything happens during transit, we handle the claim. How long does a typical shipment take? You choose the speed for every order. Express delivers in 1-4 workdays when the box and device are ready to ship. Economy takes 5-10 days depending on the route. Both are tracked door to door, and you see the delivery estimate before you confirm the order. Do we need a subscription? Not for shipping. Pay as you go has no monthly fee: you pay per shipment, with no minimums and no commitment. It covers the transport module only, ordering, shipping, and retrieving devices.
