Each plan includes an OPS allowance (monthly or yearly depending on your billing cycle). You can always top up if you need more. ### Complete OPS price list Every operation has a fixed, published OPS cost. No opaque fees, no surprises. OPS (Operational Point System) is Raal's usage credit unit. Your subscription includes an OPS allowance (monthly or yearly depending on your billing cycle), and every operation listed below consumes credits from that allowance. We've got answers. Is PAYG enough for my team? PAYG (Pay As You Go) is perfect if you only need occasional device shipments or want to test Raal before committing to a subscription. You'll have access to global shipments, customs support, and insurance on every package. However, if you need automation, team access, or integrations, consider upgrading to a plan. How do OPS credits work? Each plan includes an OPS allowance you choose when subscribing. Starter starts at 1,300 OPS per year, Pro at 6,500, and Business at 19,500. Annual plans include a bonus 13th month of OPS. If you need more, you can pick a higher allowance inside your tier or top up anytime. Allowances are configurable within each tier, and annual plans include 13 months of OPS for the price of 12. What happens if I run out of OPS? If you run out of OPS during your billing cycle, you can top up at any time directly from your dashboard. Your services won't be interrupted – you'll receive a notification when running low, and you can set up automatic top-ups for uninterrupted operations. Are logistics costs included or passed through? Logistics costs are transparently calculated per shipment based on origin, destination, package weight, and dimensions. OPS credits cover the platform features and automation – the actual shipping costs are shown separately and invoiced as pass-through costs. This ensures you always know exactly what you're paying for. Do you sell devices? Not yet, procurement is launching within the next year. Today you buy devices from your own vendors, and Raal takes over from there. We can collect directly from your supplier, then handle configuration, shipping, customs, and everything after. Because we don't sell hardware, we have no reason to add a markup on it. In this industry, bundled hardware often carries a 25 to 30 percent premium hidden in the device price. With Raal, you pay your vendor's price for the device and our published OPS rates for the work. Is asset management available today? Yes. Asset management is live in the portal on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans at no additional cost: a register of every device with holder, condition, and history, updated automatically by every shipment.
