How OPS credits work

OPS (Operational Point System) is our flexible credit system that powers everything you do in Raal Customer Portal – from shipments to automations. Each plan includes a monthly OPS allowance. You can always top up if you need more.

Every operation has a fixed, published OPS cost. No opaque fees, no surprises.

OPS (Operational Point System) is Raal's usage credit unit. Your subscription includes a monthly OPS allowance, and every operation listed below consumes credits from that allowance. If you exceed your allowance, top-up packs are available in the customer portal at your tier's per-OPS rate.

PAYG (Pay As You Go) is perfect if you only need occasional device shipments or want to test Raal before committing to a subscription. You'll have access to global shipments, customs support, and insurance on every package. However, if you need automation, team access, or integrations, consider upgrading to a plan.

OPS (Operational Point System) credits are our flexible currency for everything in Raal. Each plan includes a monthly OPS allowance, Starter gets 100 OPS, Pro gets 500 OPS, and Business gets 1,500 OPS. Credits are used for shipments, customs processing, API calls, and automations. You can always purchase additional OPS if you run out.

If you run out of OPS during your billing cycle, you can top up at any time directly from your dashboard. Your services won't be interrupted – you'll receive a notification when running low, and you can set up automatic top-ups for uninterrupted operations.

Logistics costs are transparently calculated per shipment based on origin, destination, package weight, and dimensions. OPS credits cover the platform features and automation – the actual shipping costs are shown separately and invoiced as pass-through costs. This ensures you always know exactly what you're paying for.
