This is one of our most common scenarios. We act as a neutral third party and coordinate directly with the employee (or their local contact) using a professional, non-confrontational approach. The company never has to chase the employee themselves.
Yes. Every device is insured at its full replacement value. Insurance is included in the shipment price. If anything happens during transit, we handle the claim.
Most international shipments are delivered within 2-5 business days via courier service that works the best in the region. We can handle urgent same-day or next-day requests when needed.
No. The platform is free. You pay per shipment with no minimums and no commitment. Subscription plans are available for teams with higher volume, but they're optional.
You can ship with DHL or FedEx directly. But who contacts the employee? Who sends the box with packing instructions? Who fills out the customs declaration?
